Economy Parking Garage – Snow Melting Facilities

Working alongside Massport, this complicated project included:

• Two pre-cast concrete three-story frames to house two 40-ton gas fired snow melter systems
• The installation of helical piles, piles caps, and grade beams required to support the new structure
• New gas service to serve the snow melter equipment

Working within normal operating hours in a working garage, we successfully completed additions to the existing Economy Parking Garage at Logan Airport.
