303 Columbus Ave:

This model unit was constructed to serve as the sales center for a 50 unit upscale condominium complex on Columbus Ave. in Boston, MA. The sales center was fit out with a mock kitchen and bathroom in the same custom products that the new condominiums would be built with. In addition to the mock materials, the sales center houses two sales offices.

Northland Investment Conference Center

This State of the Art Conference Center was constructed in the Headquarters of Northland Investment Corporation. This conference center was fit out with technologically advanced lighting systems, audio visual systems and HVAC systems, coupled with a very high level of finish throughout to create a most professional atmosphere for conferencing.

Weymouth Club Energy Center:

The Weymouth Club’s “Energy Center” is an addition and renovation to the existing Weymouth Club Health and Fitness Center. The project entailed the construction of a new mezzanine level within the area that was a full basketball court. The mezzanine level is home to a new half court basketball court and the X‐Arcade, which is a State of the Art Interactive Fitness/Excergaming Center. The first floor is home to the new “Energy Center” and Children’s Center, which consists of new Dance Studio Rooms, Birthday Party Rooms and Arts & Crafts Studios. The newly renovated interior spaces are complimented by a new two story grand entrance to the club.

Tower Point Lobby & Main Entrance:

The Tower Point Lobby and Boardwalks project was a complete interior lobby and exterior main entrance transformation to a class A lobby and entrance. The interior renovation work included the construction of a custom mahogany reception desk, elevator cladding and running trims, installation of new slate flooring and entrance mats. The exterior work consisted of the construction of custom boardwalk ramps made from IPE wood, installation of new concrete sidewalks and ramps as well as complete landscaping of the entire front entrance.

20 Pickering Street:

This very complex and challenging project consisted of the complete removal of the existing brick façade and replacement with a new cavity wall waterproofing system and new brick and precast façade. This extensive exterior renovation was performed with minimal disturbance while the existing office building remained occupied and continued to operate smoothly despite the construction.

Arrowstreet Architects

This 5,000 square foot interior build out was the answer to Arrowstreets growth needs. The project is a showcase of Arrowstreets innovative and creative designs, with curved and sloping partitions and suspended/ floating drywall ceilings and soffits. The utilization of the floor space was maximized by on site construction of wood work station. There is also a frameless glass enclosed conference room and a large kitchenette for employee comfort.

160 State Street

The 160 State Street Project underwent major renovations on levels Three, Four & Five. The renovations consisted of demolition of the existing spaces and reconstruction of nine new offices, two conference centers, two new kitchenettes, an information technology and data center, as well as open modular work station areas. The construction was performed while the remaining floors of the building were occupied and conducting business.
